New Mayor for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council

Councillor Martyn Peters is the Mayor for Neath Port Talbot CBC for 2012/2013.
The inauguration took place at The Princess Royal Theatre, Civic Centre, Pot Talbot on 18th May 2012.   

Mayor Councillor Peters thanked the outgoing Mayor Councillor Harry Bebell for what he had done during his term of office and for raising over £15,000 for his chosen charity.

The new Mayor is the councillor for Dyffyn Clydach, a ward he has represented since 1999.   At the May 2012 local elections he gained 93% of the votes cast.
