The introductory workshop will consider the benefits and challenges of working with volunteers and attracting contributions of time from community members. It will also explore different models for using volunteered time.

For more experienced groups

The advanced workshop will prepare participants for developing their group's approach to ensuring good practice when working with volunteers. Groups with specific concerns can use the session to work towards solutions.
