The introductory workshop will help you in preparing to become an employer, and in understanding the key responsibilities that go with it. The workshop will give an overview of organisational requirements in dealing with employing staff.

For more experienced groups

The advanced workshop will consider how groups can get the most from their staff and consider some more complex employment issues, such as when staff do not meet expectations. Those with specific concerns can use the session to work towards solutions.
