OVERWINTERING
There are many differant ways to overwinter fuchsia's, in a frost free location i.e. garage, unheated greenhouse etc, hardy fuchsias should have the root system planted a few inches below the surface and given a winter mulch, some people i have read actually bury potted plants, I suggest a quick internet search will give many different ways.
