Letter to my MP - Peter Hain

Mr Hain,
Before I say anything further. I am not a supporter of Plaid Cymru, nor am I a member of any other political party. I used to vote labour until I found out what you were like as an MP. So I will not vote for them anymore. I make my comments as I see they need to be made.
In your article in the Western Mail 21st of May, 2009. Wherein you criticize Linda Ware for throwing dirt? I have read M/s Ware's letters as they are printed in the Neath Guardian. All I read is the truth of what she writes about you and in her other written subjects. But it would appear to me that you are not man enough to accept it? Or accept any other criticism for that fact.?
You keep bumping your gums in the press about your expenses. I wonder how much of them can we consider ourselves privileged to have sight of when they are published? Will we have access or be allowed to see them all when they are printed? Or just what you think we need to be shown?
Why should "you", be allowed to claim £3,000 pounds a year off your parliamentary expenses to heat your first home in Aberdulais when your second home is in London? Claim a reasonable amount for heating your second home by all means. As I do not believe that anyone should be out of pocket to do a job by working away from home. But do not try to make a profit on it either. I have to pay out of my own pocket to heat my home. I have to pay it out of the pittance of a pension that Labour pays us. As do everyone else that has to pay to heat their homes, whether we are working or not. Why £3,000 a year? Even for oil, that cost is extremely high. I live in a three bed roomed bungalow which costs me £450 pounds a year to heat and light. You are supposed to be working in London for five days of the week and even when you are home. You have an office in London road, Neath, to work out of. You claim expenses to heat that place as well. So how you can claim the amount you have? Especially when you claim that you are burning logs at Aberdulais as well? It is beyond imagination. Then to try and claim just to put a roof on your log pile? Buy a tarpaulin like anyone else would do. Or put a roof on it if you thought you needed it? But pay for it out of your own pocket, not ours.
M.P's are grossly overpaid for what they do, yet they still scrounge as much as they can out of the countries coffers for their so called expenses. With no thought whatsoever of the people who are less well off. That goes for you as well, you do not care about the people in your own constituency, or anywhere else for that matter? Most M.P's do not even care, just as long as they can fill their wallets off the people's backs.
You may not be doing anything illegal by claiming what you do? But it appears to me very much that you are about as straight as a cows hind leg and I for one would not trust you any further than I could see you with a blind eye.
All you M.P's "CLAIM" that you do it for the good that you all say you can do for the people and the country? Let me tell you something.
I have lived for many years now, but I have yet to see a cat lick an empty dish?
