Mike Wilson, (then known as Mick) who was assitant producer in the 1968 and 1969 shows has been awarded the MBE in the New Years Honours.

Mike now lives up in Cheshire and has done a lot of work with the local Parish Council, of which he is Chairman.

His citation says "For services to the community in Eaton and Rushton, Cheshire."
