Creativity - a personal view

 So, the first Creativity Strand Meeting has taken place and teachers are fired up with some ideas as to what they may wish to investigate over the forthcoming year. We spent a lot of time building 'social capital' - a fancy way of saying that we prioritised getting to know each other as a group, relative to the context of our purpose (if that makes sense?!). Anyway - I liked the very different feel the group has and my challenge is going to be to really let go and resist the temptation of leading the group. I want us all, TOGETHER, to create our own experiences, learning and drive our research to agreed, collective milestones.

Hmmm..we'll see. I need to get moving on developing my own enquiry question as the strand develops their work. I'll get back to you on that shortly, but Neighbours is on now, so I must go!
