Team 'Away Days'

"Our team at Centrica Energy Upstream would like to say that we all thoroughly enjoyed our team building day - with a difference. Not only did we have fantastic weather but the experience on the boat was just breath taking. The catering was fantastic right on the beach as we picnicked and relaxed ready for our afternoon of bushcraft skills. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

How about a very different type of 'Away Day' (or longer) for your team? If required, we can provide an experienced Team Facilitator to work with your team to reflect on the activities they have engaged in, draw out the learning and explore how it can be transferred back to the workplace.

Or it could just be a relaxing and highly enjoyable way of a team spending time together in a different environment with the opportunity to form deeper connections with each other.

Each event will be tailored to your specific requirements and could include any of the activities featured elsewhere on our site such as:

• Wildlife watching from land or sea (dolphins, seals, badgers, pine martens, red squirrels, deer, forest birds, seabirds, ospreys and more)
• Bushcraft & wilderness skills eg shelter building, wild food foraging, fire making, wildlife tracking and campfire cooking
• Kayaking & white water rafting (mild or wild!)
• Nature connection workshops
• Environmental arts & traditional crafts eg 'art in nature', landscape and wildlife photography, creative writing, felt making and willow basket weaving.
• Relaxation and complementary therapies eg yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, massage
