Birding notes
May 6th 2018. cuckoo calling in Thundridge near the church 6.15 AM
May 21st 2015 Titchwell nature reserve;
Looking at the latest sightings list for the reserve a Red-necked Phalarope, and Short eared Owl were seen on the 20th so we packed our gear and set off hoping to see these two birds .Unfortunately neither were seen but we had good views of Avocet, two chinese water deer,cettis warbler , willow warbler, reed bunting, and sanderling.
