Group Circuit Training

â–º Circuit Training can be done from one client up to groups of as many as the venue can take!!
â–º Circuit training classes test and improve all components of physical fitness, such as aerobic fitness, anaerobic, LME (local muscular endurance and flexibility.
â–º The circuit training class is great fun and appeals to everybody. Each exercise is performed for a set time decided by your fitness trainer. An example could be 40 seconds performing 1 exercise and a 10 second rest and so on.
â–º The exercise time and rest period varies for different circuits.
