Group Circuit Training

► Circuit Training can be done from one client up to groups of as many as the venue can take!!
► Circuit training classes test and improve all components of physical fitness, such as aerobic fitness, anaerobic, LME (local muscular endurance and flexibility.
► The circuit training class is great fun and appeals to everybody. Each exercise is performed for a set time decided by your fitness trainer. An example could be 40 seconds performing 1 exercise and a 10 second rest and so on.
► The exercise time and rest period varies for different circuits.
