After recording your details through a Health Questionnaire and discussion of your fitness goals, likes and dislikes, I will arrange times to train that suit you.
Your training may target all or part of the following areas:
► Cardiovascular Fitness/Strength/Flexibility.
► Core Strength/Sports Specific.
► Intensity Level - Low, Medium, or High, subject to your Health Assessment and Age.
Small or Large Groups can be arranged amongst your friends or work colleagues.
