Introducing Head Chef Paul O'Malley 16 August 2009  The Riverside Restaurant is delighted to introduce our new head chef Paul O’Malley.Paul has spent years mastering his art at top restaurants and hotels such as the Grove Hotel, London and Cameron House Hotel, Loch Lomond.
He has also worked with chef John Wood of the Burj al Arab Hotel the world's only 7 star establishment.
