The riverside restaurant is delighted to introduce our new head chef Paul O’Malley.

Paul has spent years mastering his art at top restaurants and hotels such as the Grove Hotel, London and Cameron House Hotel, Loch Lomond.
He has also worked with chef John Wood of the Burj al Arab Hotel the world's only 7 star establishment.

Paul is unassuming and modest, but at only 28 is tipped by others as a rising star in the culinary world and most recently received very positive reviews from food critics for his imaginative dishes while head chef at Cafe Bayan in Glasgow.
