Riverside Cookery Club

Following up on his recent success giving cookery demonstrations
to the public and press when head chef at Cafe Bayan in Glasgow,
our new chef Paul O'Malley is organising a "cooks' school" for
customers here at the Riverside.

The club will plan to meet once a month, at 12:30 on a Thursday. Paul will first give a short cookery demonstration at each meet, followed by a 3-course lunch.
The total charge is £23 per head (incl. vat) which includes a glass of house wine, and club members will also be given advance notice of gourmet nights, wine tasting etc.

Paul has worked with some of the biggest names in the culinary
world, and cooked for many celebrities at some of the most
prestigious establishments, so don't miss this opportunity to see
him in action and pick his brains. ,

Space constraint means we have to restrict initial numbers to 20, so we recommend joining quickly not to miss out! There is no joining fee, but we do expect attendance at most meetings, and as much notice as possible if unable to attend on a particular date.
