"Bohemian"

Try double measure, saturate sugar cube in it and set cube alight then, when flame dies, stir it into the Absinthe and add equal measure of water and ice. And remember, "Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder!”

Brandy
Mixes well with ginger ale and orange juice.

French style "ooh la la”
The way the French do it Pernod or Ricard, diluted 5 to 1 with water and over ice.

Italian “flair”
"Health, wealth and happiness” signified by the three coffee beans floating on Sambuca flaming in a glass. Or try Sambuca over ice with a squeeze of fresh lemon. How about Martini X-Dry with tonic and lime wedge. Martini Rosso is great with cranberry juice and orange slice.

Tequila
"Margarita" 3 parts Olmeca tequila with 1 part Cointreau over ice with lime juice

Vodka
"Moscow mule” Stoli Russian vodka with ginger beer and lime wedge
