~~Leonbergers since 2006 ~~
Simden Leos ~~~Loved from the heart , occasionally bred with passion
mina and Winnie
Welcome to Simden leos. We are a small concern having sadly for now only two Leonbergers living with us, as always they live inside the house as part of our family. I also kept in partnership Winnies brother Flea ( simden's gros bisous), he lives in Cheshire with his Mistress Susie and her other dogs, including Fleas grandson.
We live in a small village, between Chichester and Arundel, around 6 miles from the southdowns and 6 miles from dog friendly beaches. At present we are privaliged to share our home with two beautiful Leonbergers , Winnie whom was born here and Mina who joined us from Poland in 2015, indebted to Izabella for allowing her to come and join our family.
Sadly in the past 2 years we have lost three of our ladies, firstly Leffey who left us at almost 10 years, and then January 2018 we lost the wonderful Ripley at 7, followed by Storm in November 2018 at 12 years, 7 months . In all a heartbreaking time .
We hope in introduce a new addition somewhen in 2019
It is with a huge amount of pride i can report a trip to the german Leonberger club show in Leonberg proved wonderful for my kennels, both Flea and his brother Moose where awarded excellent grades , sister Winnie was unable to come, but their mum Ripley came along for the ride instead ~~~ She had a wonderful time
At the tender age of 18 months,my beautiful Winnie wins the RCC at Paighton under highly respected all rounder Rodney Oldham, then a week later Winnie is awarded BOB at Bournemouth championship show under breed specalist Tracey Morgan ( No CCs)
love is ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Storm almost 8 years with her granddaughter Winnie 8 weeks.
