   I am proud to say Ripley has qualified for crufts 2013 at Manchester, her first championship show of the year 

Rips has also qualified for crufts 2012 on her very first champ show outing

 Hello, my name is Julie and i live with my husband Mark,and our three beautiful Leonbergers, Storm, Leffey and Rips.We are situated along the southcoast of england, 4 miles from the south downs and 6 miles from the sea. The Leos live their lives in the home as part of the family, they are a total pleasure to own and never fail to make us smile on a daily basis.

I have always had a dog in the family but nothing comes close to life with a Leonberger, they are totally infections and the Leo owners saying of One is NEVER enough is totally true

Leonbergers are large dogs who dispite their size are really rather athletic and nimble,they are a joy to own, they adore water and mine are lucky enough to be able to go swimming  once a week at our local dog swimming pool, we are also very lucky in that we live within a minutes walk of miles of fields, which they enjoy on their daily walks.

I am a member of the Leonberger Club of Great Britian and i abide by their code of ethics, i am also on the  judging C list  for Leonbergers, and have compleated and passed  with an A grade the breed seminar, i have also passed the kennel clubs hands on assesment and rules and regs of a show judge, although i am far more comfortable and happier being in the ring with my girls than judging!! I am also  a member of Chichester ringcraft committeewhere i have recentley taken over the position of show secretary. As already stated we currently have three Leos. all beautiful, fit and healthy girls.

 

 Storm is our eldest, a beautiful 5 year old with the most solid of temprements, she loves everyone and everything , my best friend and dog in a million,she had her one and only litter in October 2010 from which we kept the only bitch puppy. see her own page for more information.

Our  second is Leffey who is now 4 and quite a character and to my pride doing really rather well in the show ring,she is again see her own page for further information about her.

Our latest addition is Ripley ,Rips for short, the puppy we kept from Storms very much long awaited and longed for litter. She is a very confident and happy puppy, i hope she has a bright and fullfilling future,
