First small grant application submitted!
After quite a bit of hard work (made no easier by the pandemic) we have submitted a small grant application for funding towards the Business Case which we need as the next step. The Business Case is needed to establish the capital costs of creating a small abattoir, and to examine how best we can operate it on a sustainable basis. Although we appreciate times are difficult for everyone just now, we do hope our application will be look at favourably as there are some costs we simply cannot bear ourselves.
