Neath on the BBC Weather Map

For the first time in many years the town of Neath has been shown on the BBC weather map.   Scenes from Aberdulais have appeared on TV news programmes.

Mystery Foam on river

Natural Resources Wales has said that it is currently trying to find out what has caused the foamy substance.

A spokeswoman explained: "Floods like we've seen over the last 24 hours can also sometimes lead to pollution incidents.

"We are currently investigating to find out what has caused foam to build up around the bridge at Aberdulais."
