All councillors should be concerned about raw sewage dumped in the River Neath

Where is our waste water treatment plant?    Currently raw sewage is being dumped in the River Neath and worse it is going to get as more houses are built in the borough.   More hot weather is going to make Neath stink even more as the back flow from the river at high tide fill the sewers that feed it.

The River Neath is an open sewer and this is not acceptable in this modern day and age.   Here a video to make everyone more aware of waste water treatment, compare the content with what we have:

At the end of the day your heath and that of your children depend on how we treat sewage.  We must act responsibly.
