Baglan Enterpise Park has a retail sector that is growing, making it an attractive place for shoppers with free car parking.

The Iceland food chain will shortly have a new large store, which is  currently being built by the Andrew Scott Construction Company.

The new store will be located close to the Morrison and Ldl supermarkets and will have its own car park.

In a recent survey, Iceland, a Welsh based firm, was highly rated and topped the list.   Iceland becomes the first major retailer in the world to commit to eliminating plastic packaging from its own label products – to be completed by 2023.

In 2018 The Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation fulfils its pledge to donate a total of £10 million to fund the Hub of the UK Dementia Research Institute at UCL, a year ahead of schedule.

Iceland was established in 1970 and the head office in based in Flintshire.

Andrew Scott Construction was established in 1870 and its head office is based in Port Talbot.
