It's time that we made everyone aware of this problem as we realise that not everyone goes into Neath at night.   We found the above video on Youtube which might encourage someone in the area to make a Youtube video to highlight the problem.

This is not a matter to brush under the carpet, so let's look at the problem in an open manner.

Anyone making a video of this kind would be doing a worthwhile service to our community.   It may even encourage the local authorities to take action.
