In November 2017, before the news broke about the NPT Council buying the vacant Metal Box plant, this website published a feature on the history of the plant, including suggestions for its future use.

It is likely that the feature helped to influence the council to acquiire the plant.  Suggestions were made for its possible use.   There is no doubt that there is great potential for its future.
