Service companies hate losing customers
There is no loyality with service providers
The sooner we realise this the better. A reader writes (READERS LETTERS) and says what he saved by saying he was going change companies.
A value of a service company is judged by the number of customers they have. The number of customers make them more attractive to take-over bids. They hate losing customers and often offer super deals to keep them.
It pays to shop around - but take care with price comparision websites - look at more than one, for the simple reason that the commission element colours what is offered.
Look at what our reader saved when he said he was going to switch firms.
