Rob James baffles Jac O' The North

Remember Rob James?   He was once the NPT CBC Councillor for Bryncoch South who had an appalling attendance record at Council meetings - we quote from previous reports on this website.   What baffles Jac O' The North (see menu) is the high number of votes he got where he is currently a councillor down Llanelli way.

Jac's report may now have gone into the archives, but he sums it all up by saying: "Leading me to conclude that either Rob James has magnetism and charisma that have escaped the notice of observers, or there’s some other factor in play of which we are as yet unaware."

Perhaps this can be taken as some kind of compliment?
