Official opening of Neath's Great Fair

13th -16th September 2017

The deputy Mayor - Cllr Dennis Keogh, rings the bell to officially open Neath's Great Fair after a minute silence for Mayor Cllr Janice Dudley who died last month while attending a function at Aberavon Beach.
