What do visitors to Neath see as they leave the train station?

This shocking view has cropped up again.   It has been sent in by a reader who has just been on holiday where everything was so clean and tidy.   The reader blames the councillors to allow this view similar to a third world country.

It is the back of Peacocks - Queen Street Back Road.  The Evening Post would not publish this - but it there for all visitors to Neath to see.

It appears that this building is leased to Peacocks - who is the landlord and what efforts have been made to contact him?
