Reader claims that NPT is one of the harchest councils when it comes to care costs for the elderly

A reader writes and says there are different criterias for councils claiming assets from those unable to look after themselves and says NPT Council is one of the harchest.    It is hard to find out the facts and make comparisions to confirm this statement, so it about time that all authorities published details on their websites - especially as some political parties are highlighting care for the elderly in their election communication leaflets.
