What happened to the Neath Town Consortium?

How much money was spent on it?

Here's an extract from the Consortium website:-

"The Consortium has already acknowledged lack of communication within the town.  It must be remembered that Neath has not got its own community radio station and lost its weekly newspaper in 2009 after 84 years of publication."

The lack of communication is very evident in Neath, that is, apart from The Neath Ferret.    But there again, The Neath Ferret relies on its readers for news - and they are lacking information from council sources.
