Air quality at Dwr y Felin schools is cause for concern.

Traffic lights and road humps cause polution

Neath Port Talbot council is urged to test the quality of the air at Dwr y Felin Road, which serves the Neath Comprensive school and Neath College complexes.

At peak times the air quality is at a point where there is a cause for concern for students.   Traffic starting and stopping at the traffic lights combined with slowing down and speeding up at speed humps are the main factors.

Cllr Dudley, Councillor for Bryncoch South, has been advised of the main road traffic light configeration and states that she has called for a review of the sequence of operation.
