Reader writes and speaks his mind on recycling in NPT
"I have written in the past about how N.P.T. council are killing this town, the money they have squandered away over the past years when they constantly have changed the method of recycling is unbelievable, it must run into at least a million pounds.
I and Im sure the public in general would love for the council to be open and frank and publish the amount they have spent of our hard earned council tax with all these changes, we are as we all are aware the second highest tax payers in Wales. But we certainly do not get value for money, Very few of these changes have improved the system and most have created many problems.
