Experts claim that slowing down and accelerationg at speed humps causes polution - not only that, they can cause accidents when cyclists swerve in front of cars to avoid them.   Parking either side of them causes problems and should not be allowed.

Damage is caused to cars says the experts as shock absorbers get a regular pounding.

Rumble Zones should be considered:

Rumble Zones are far more effective in warning drivers to slow down.    These are already used in parts of NPT when approching roundabouts.
