Two cats killed by speeding drivers at Rhiwlas

Two cats were killed last week by speeding drivers in the Rhiwlas area of Neath.  They could have been young children.  

Many car drivers ignore the advisory 20 mph signs near the Waunceirch Junior School and it is about time something was done to cure this problem.

Parking at the school   Cars should park with their exhausts facing the road to avoid polllution at the school.
