The council are proud of the educational facilities in Neath Port Talbot. It is a pity that at Dwr y Felin it is spoilt by the traffic flow at peak times. Here we show how the traffic flow can be increased by 56% at times when it matters most.
We hope that the council and the Highways Department will give serious consideration to this professional survey in order to benefit the community.
The reconfigeration of the traffic lights can be done at low cost and will result in a tremendous improvement to the junction.
Air quality will also improve with less stopping and starting of the traffic.
