Dwr-y-Felin traffic lights installation clanger

A reader has spotted what the Highways Department has missed.

The set of lights facing Dwr-y-Felin Road (shown left) are the ones  that should be facing Neath Abbey.   It would allow traffic from the Neath Abbey direction to turn left when traffic is coming out of Dwr-y-Felin Road.

The Highways Department are advised to correct this as soon as possible.
