Which councillor will claim the credit?

Bryncoch South councillors pictured here cover Dwr-y-Felin Road and its traffic lights to the main road.  The Neath Ferret have made them aware of the problems, i.e. no arrrow for Neath Abbey traffic to turn left when cars are coming out of Dwr-y-Felin Road.

Both these councillors have access to those involved with highways in NPT.  A few words in the right place will make all the difference.

Which councillor will claim the credit when the problem is sorted.  We must waiit and see.
