Dwr-y-Felin Road Traffic Lights require attention

Hold ups at the Dwr-y-Felin Road junction is made worse because traffic from Neath Abbey cannot turn left when traffic is leaving Dwr-y-Felin road.    An alteration to the sequence of the  lights should be done to allow this - as done in other places.     The Google map below shows the area:
