A follow-up on a heritage building - the former Town Tyres, London Road

Last year we mentioned that the former Town Tyres garage in London Road was the depot for the gas trams run by the Neath Tramway Company, which ran gas powered trams from Briton Ferry to Skewen in the early 1900s.

The Neath Ferret has found out that this building is available on a let basis from NPT council who apparently own the building.  The rent PA is £29,000.
