Grade II listed urinals in readers letters

Taking over a Grade II listed building is a big responsibility for new owners as regulations also cover the interior.    And so it is with the Neath Constitutional Club which is currently in the news.

The Victorian urinals, similiar to the those picrured here, are likely to remain - or historians will be asking questions.

It will be interesting to see how the NPT Planning Department will monitor the change of use to ensure that Grade II regulations will be safeguarded.
