Praise where due - who will be NPT councillor of the year?

During the past months Neath Ferret readers have criticized some councillors for one reason or another.   So it is time we acknowleged the good work some councillors are doing for the community.  Our readers letters indicate the contenders for NPT councillor for 2016.

Two councillors stand out for different achievements, one Labour and one Plaid Cymru.    

Perhaps a wooden spoon award should also be given to the councillor who have, in the opinion of readers, let down those who voted for him/her.
