A plot for a plot

Clever plan to aquire ground and then own it in your name - alleges reader.

The plan: get a scrap can and plant it on ground that no-one uses.  Fence it off to indicate the boundary.    Leave it for 12 years then register the ground in your name with the Land Registry.   A reader alleges this may have been done at the Rope Walk Neath on ground where there were once queues to go to the Empire Neath Cinema.    The cinema was demolished in 2012 but the Vauxhall Viva (above) is still there.

Note (right) how a boundary and gate has been added since the above photo was taken.

Maybe the car number plate is now worth more than the car?
