Park free after 3pm in Neath on weekdays

The initiative, which will see free parking after 3pm on the third floor of Neath multi storey car park, was  launched at the end of last month.

It is an effort to bring more shoppers into Neath - and is welcomed as a start to make the town more popular for shoppers.
