Pen y Cymoedd Wind Energy Project

Vattenfall of Cardiff  reports the following news 

Since November 2015 we have delivered up to six turbine component deliveries to site per day (Monday to Saturday) in two convoys.

With 684 abnormal loads in total this has been a huge operation. The unpredictable weather has meant that many deliveries have had to be rescheduled for safety reasons.

We are now nearing the end of the turbine component deliveries and expect them to be completed by the middle of October.

We would like to thank you for your patience, especially if you have happened to get stuck behind one of our convoys.
