"A NEW speed camera that has been erected on a road in Neath where the speed limit has been cut during roadworks has already snapped 80 motorists.

The camera, installed last Friday, went live over the weekend at the Saltings Viaduct on the A465.

It has already been activated 80 times, with the highest recorded speed of 52mph in the 30mph zone."
