Who lives in a house like this?

A reader reports on an eyesore.

This eyesore was spotted between the back of Burger King and Halfords store in the Neath retail park,and has been there for many weeks, I went in to Burger King and asked them "who lives in a house like this?"
They told me a vagrant who has now been taken away by the police, I then asked them why don't you clear that rubbish as it's not a very good advert for Burger King or even Halfords,
the answer was: "Oh it's nothing to do with us" very apt these days, in other words they are to lazy to clear it, and I guess Halfords would have the same response as this has been there for weeks on end, 
Does any one in authority inspect around the Neath retail park? Why didn't the police arrange clearance of the rubbish at the same time the Vagrant was picked up?
I then told Burger King that their customers park there and throw out any unwanted food, the rats would love to live in a house like that and it will be come a rat run if nothing is done.
I was also amazed at the copper plaque of Richard Burton still left there with all the bedding.
This is indeed a real eyesore and not a very good advert for locals and visitors alike to our town.
Does everyone wear blinkers these days - or is it case of out of sight out of mind?
WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STATE OF OUR ONCE PROUD TOWN SHOULD GET IT CLEANED UP ASAP
