Is this leaflet meant to scare you?

This leaflet is being delivered to households in Neath this week.   Is it meant to influence your EU vote?   What is the motive behind it?    Or is it meant to promote the rental market?   It is likely that rents will not go down whatever the EU result.

Many things have to be considered BEFORE you decide how to vote.   Look at the bigger picture and get balanced views.   The video below is probably the most comprehensive  view on the subject as far as leaving is concerned.   See if you agree on what is said.
