Shopping Alerts From Readers

We have had a couple of shopping alerts / warnings from readers - see Readers' Letters, and consider this to be a good thing - a good thing to warn others, that is.

With all the scams and rip-offs about, the editorial team believe this could be developed as part of our format.   Provided cases are based on actual fact, we are prepared to highlight them on this website.    First, however, you must contact the dealer or service provider in an attempt to solve any problem.   Telling us will hopefully prevent the same thing happening to others.

Those who read the Which? Consumer Magazine will be aware that they often print cases where there has been an injustice - so we are not alone.
