Mike has previously told this website about public toilets in tourist areas abroad and how well they are maintained.   It raises the question of the UK developing into a third world country - slowiy but surely.    Can we be proud to be British when this is happening around us?    Will the time come when other countries will be giving US overseas aid for our towns and villages that have no public tollets?
