Readers respond strongly to overflowing dog poo bins

Readers letters are sending out strong signals to councillors and NPT full time admin officers.   Surely it is a time for a action plan?

There should be no need to phone the council when bins need emptying - it should be done regularly to a time schedule.  It is a matter of public health.

Overflowing dog poo bins are bringing the council into disrepute - as does weeds in the summer time because of the visual impact to residents and visitors.
