Reader writes to explain why Neath is a filthy town

Following several letters from readers complaining about the state of Neath, someone has come up with the answer.   It is alleged that the cleaning team has been reduced to the point where the remaining man-power cannot cope with the work involved.    We (the Neath Ferret team) think that there is no need to comment as the state of the town is there for all to see.

Perhaps one day a VIP will make an unxexpected visit and those responsible will be embarressed to the point of resigning from their job.   In the football world, if a team is not performing well they simply sack the manager.
